Awesome rocksolid, I recommend wearing it on the middle finger. If it fits as the grooves allow you to squeeze on both sides and minimize the force displacement I can literally punch a cement wall full force if I wear it on my middle finger, squeezing it in from both sides tightly and execute the strike with proper mechanics, usually 50% force would leave me with a broken hand
